You will NOT be charged when you book the appointment only at the time of servive unless you have massage credits/units, if you have a gift certificate just simply comment "gift certificate". HOWEVER SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED AT 50% AS WE ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY OUR MASSAGE THERAPISTS FOR THEIR TIME, UNLESS WE CAN FILL THAT SPOT. This will be at our own discretion.
