Couples Therapeutic Massage Workshop

Learn how to help the person you love feel better.

This private, hands-on workshop teaches couples practical therapeutic massage techniques they can safely and confidently use at home. You'll learn how to work with common areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, hands, and feet while developing better body mechanics, comfortable positioning, and an understanding of how much pressure to use.

No massage table or previous experience is required. Techniques are designed to be practical and adaptable to a bed, couch, floor, or other comfortable space at home.

During the workshop, you'll learn:

- Simple techniques for relieving everyday muscle tension
- Comfortable side-lying and supported positioning
- How to use your hands, forearms, and body weight effectively
- How to communicate about pressure and comfort
- Basic anatomy and what you're actually feeling beneath your hands
- When massage is appropriate—and when an area should be left alone
- Ways to massage without exhausting your hands or hurting your own body

This isn't about turning your partner into a massage therapist. It's about giving couples better tools to care for one another through safe, intentional touch.
